DP Sister sites

DP Sister Sites are distributed proofing sites similar to and loosely affiliated with DP, located in other countries. The main reasons for these sites are:
- to take advantage of different copyright laws in other countries.
- to provide sites that are more friendly to languages other than English.
These sites use the DP source code, usually a modified version from the original. Some effort is made to keep these modifications isolated, and sometimes useful modifications from these sites are incorporated back into the DP source code.
