Math symbols is a character suite used at DP. It provides additional symbols that may be found in math-heavy texts. (Note that our Basic Latin character suite already contains the most frequently encountered basic math symbols.)
There exists a large range of math symbols that may be used for various specialized purposes, and this suite contains only the ones that are most likely to be regularly occurring. For some texts, it may be desirable to supplement with additional custom characters.
