Moderator

A moderator (also forum moderator) is a Distributed Proofreaders volunteer who oversees the day-to-day operation of the DP Forum.

WHAT the moderators do
A moderator has been granted authority to perform maintentance tasks in the DP forum, such as:
- locking and unlocking threads
- converting a thread to a sticky thread
- splitting a single thread into multiple threads
